Our Founders
Nicholas (Singapore) is a Corporate Development Director in a billion-dollar company, leading Strategy & Corporate Finance (M&A) projects within the firm. He is a Corporate Finance Specialist with a stellar track record in M&A, having led several multi-million & billion dollar transactions throughout his career across multiple industries.
Boon Peng (Singapore) is a seasoned Management Consultant. He specializes in large scale digital transformation projects for private bank wealth management. He is highly experienced in Operational Strategy and Post-Merger Integration projects. Most notably, he led the post-merger integration of the Wealth Management arm during the UBS – Credit Suisse acquisition in 2024.
Stacey Hardjadinata, CFA (Indonesia) is an established Corporate Development expert. She has over 8 years of Corporate Finance experience across leading Indonesian startups and established companies. She is also a CFA Charterholder since 2019, and holds a Master of Management from Binus Business School and a Bachelor of Economics from Kwik Kian Gie School of Business.
